Does KuraChat work with Shopify and WooCommerce?
WooCommerce, yes: on Pro through the KuraChat plugin, and the assistant verifies the visitor’s email before sharing order details. On Shopify the widget installs with a snippet today, and live order lookups are coming soon.
Can I keep using WhatsApp or Instagram?
Not inside KuraChat. It handles website chat only today, so you would keep those channels in their own apps or choose a tool that combines them.
Can I move my Tidio chat history?
