What the connection uses from Cal.com.

KuraChat calls the Cal.com API with your key to read your username and event types, and builds the right booking link from them. That’s all it reads.

Whole page or one event

Share cal.com/yourname, or pick a single event type in Settings so every visitor lands on, say, a 45-minute assessment.

Booking card in the chat

Book a time appears as a card with a View times button, so the link is easy to tap on a phone.

Answers first, link second

The bot can explain hours, prices or what to expect from your knowledge, then offer the link when the visitor is ready.

Booking questions it can take.

Can I book an appointment?Do you have anything on Saturday morning? How do I schedule a consultation? Can I book a follow-up session? How long is a first appointment? What should I bring to my first visit?

Cal.com Cloud

Built for cal.com accounts, not self-hosted instances.

The connection talks to Cal.com’s hosted API and builds links on cal.com. If you self-host Cal.com, add your booking URL to your knowledge instead, and the bot will share it as a link card when it’s relevant.

  • Event types are refreshed every few minutes
  • Preferred over Calendly if both are connected
  • The bot is told never to invent other booking links
FAQ

Questions? Answered.

Does it work with self-hosted Cal.com?

Not through the integration, which uses Cal.com’s hosted API. You can still add a self-hosted booking URL to your knowledge so the bot shares it.

Can the bot make the booking itself?

No. The visitor chooses a slot on your Cal.com page, and Cal.com sends the confirmation.

Does KuraChat read my bookings?

No. It only reads your username and event types to build the booking link.

Which plan do I need?
