Install the KuraChat plugin on your WordPress site and connect it to your workspace. It needs WooCommerce active and the Pro plan.
Can KuraChat issue refunds or cancel orders?
No. It can tell a customer where an order is, but anything involving money or changes goes to your team.
How does it avoid sharing an order with the wrong person?
Anything personal needs the customer to confirm their email with a one-time code first. With only an order number, KuraChat shares the status and nothing else.
