This Refund Policy explains when and how you can obtain a refund for KuraChat subscriptions provided by Hyper Trellis SRL. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.
1. Free plan
The Free plan is offered at no charge, so no refund is required or available for it.
2. 14-day free trial
Paid plans may start with a 14-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. Cancel before it ends and you will not be billed.
3. Monthly subscriptions
You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time and will keep access until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial or pro-rated refunds for the current month once it has started, except where required by law.
4. Annual subscriptions
Annual subscriptions include a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of initial purchase or renewal. After this window, the subscription is non-refundable but remains active until the end of the paid period.
5. EU right of withdrawal
As a consumer in the EU you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. By choosing to start using a paid digital service within that period, you may consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed.
6. How to request a refund
Email billing@kurachat.com from your account email within the applicable window, including your account details and the reason for the request.
7. Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or provider, it typically takes 5–10 business days for the funds to appear.
8. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue. Chargebacks raised without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account while we investigate.
9. Exceptions
Refunds are not available where the account has violated our Terms, or for add-ons and usage that have already been consumed.
