Check your site is ready
Wix only allows custom code on published sites with a connected domain, and connecting a domain needs a Wix Premium plan.

Open Custom Code
In your Wix dashboard, go to Settings, find Custom Code under Development & integrations, and click + Add Custom Code.

Paste and place
Paste your KuraChat snippet, choose All pages, set the placement to Body – end and click Apply.

Open your live site
Visit the published site. KuraChat’s Install page turns green once the widget loads.

Does it work on a free Wix site?
Wix requires a connected domain before you can add custom code, and connecting a domain needs a Premium plan. On a free Wix site you won’t be able to add the snippet.
Can the bot book appointments?
If you connect Calendly or Cal.com on Pro, the bot shares your booking link when someone wants a time. It doesn’t create bookings itself.
Which KuraChat plan do I need?
The Free plan runs the widget with text knowledge: 100 conversations a month and one seat. Pro ($29/mo) adds document uploads, widget customization and team members.
Will the assistant pretend to be me?
No. It uses the bot name you choose, shows an AI label and says it’s an AI if asked. It never claims to be a person.
