From “can we talk?” to a booked call.
When a visitor asks for a demo, a call or an appointment, KuraChat replies with your Calendly link as a tappable card. They pick a time on Calendly as usual.

How the Calendly connection works.
KuraChat uses a Calendly personal access token to find your scheduling page and event types. It doesn’t read your calendar or see who has booked.
A booking card, not a pasted URL
Asking to book, schedule or meet brings up a Book a time card with a View times button that opens your Calendly page.
Choose the event type
Share your whole scheduling page, or pick one event type in Settings, such as a 30-minute intro call.
Calendly stays in charge
Availability, confirmations and reminders all stay in Calendly. KuraChat’s job is getting the visitor there at the right moment.
Ways visitors ask to book.
Connect Calendly in four steps.
- 01
Choose Pro
Scheduling integrations are part of Pro ($29/mo) and Ultra ($99/mo).
- 02
Create a token
From Calendly’s API and webhooks settings, generate a personal access token and copy it.
- 03
Connect and pick an event
Paste the token under Settings → Integrations → Calendly. Optionally choose which event type the bot should share.
- 04
Try it
Ask the widget to book a call and check the card opens the page you expect.
The bot shares the link. Calendly does the booking.
KuraChat doesn’t show open slots inside the chat or create bookings for you. That keeps your Calendly availability rules and buffers in charge.
- The bot is told never to invent other scheduling links
- If Calendly and Cal.com are both connected, the Cal.com link is used
- “Talk to a person” still goes to your team inbox, not a booking link
Questions? Answered.
Can visitors pick a time inside the chat?
No. The card opens your Calendly page, where they choose a slot and receive Calendly’s usual confirmation.
Does KuraChat see my calendar or bookings?
No. It reads your Calendly user profile and event types to build the link, and nothing else.
What if someone asks for a person instead?
Phrases such as “talk to someone” or “real person” go straight to your team inbox. You can add your own handoff keywords too.
Which plan do I need?
