The bot searches your latest 100 payments for the customer’s verified email and answers from up to five of them: amount, method, status and date.

Choose Pro
Payment integrations are part of Pro ($29/mo) and Ultra ($99/mo).

Generate API keys
On the API Keys page of your Razorpay Dashboard, generate a key and copy both the key ID and the key secret.

Connect in KuraChat
Go to Settings → Integrations → Razorpay → Connect and paste both values. They’re encrypted before they’re stored.

Test the flow
Ask the widget about a payment using an email from a recent payment and check the verification step appears.
Payment details stay with the person who paid.
Anyone can type someone else’s email into a chat. So KuraChat only looks up payments for an email the visitor has confirmed with a 6-digit code, valid for 15 minutes. Until then, the bot can still quote prices and share Payment Links.

Can it find older payments?
It looks through your 100 most recent payments. On a busy account an older payment may not be found, and the customer can ask for a person instead.
Does it work with test mode keys?
It uses whichever keys you connect. Test keys return test payments, which is a useful way to check the flow before switching to live keys.
Can the bot refund a payment?
No. The connection is read-only. Refunds are handled by your team in the Razorpay Dashboard.
Can I connect Razorpay and Stripe together?
Yes. Payment questions check Stripe first, then Razorpay, and the inbox shows payments from both.
